Dr. Erroline Williams is Director, Professional Development and Corporate Outreach at Duquesne University’s School of Leadership and Professional Advancement where she develops professional training and leadership programs through the Center for Leadership Development for corporations and nonprofit organizations within the region.

Dr. Williams initiated the Leadership Breakfast Series hosted by the School since 2011. She manages the Power of Leadership Program and Staff Professional Development Program for Duquesne University employees and the Executive Certificate in Financial Planning Program.

She is a strong supporter of volunteerism and is a Leadership Council Member and Mentor for Tomorrow’s Future, Inc., a high school mentoring program, member of the University of Pittsburgh African American Alumni Council, and member of the American Society for Training and Development, Pittsburgh Chapter. Dr. Williams is Vice President/President-Elect of the Pennsylvania Black Conference on Higher Education, and 2009 Leadership Award recipient of the same organization.

She is the co-founder of the University of Pittsburgh’s Alliance of Urban Scholars, an educational support group for doctoral students at the School of Education. She envisions writing a book with other scholars who were members of the Alliance of Urban Scholars.

Dr. Williams received her doctorate in Higher Education Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, master’s degree from Duquesne University, and bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh. She is proud to be a Board Member with Dress for Success, Pittsburgh. She completed the Women in Leadership Program at Duquesne University and the CORO Women in Leadership and Leaders in Learning Programs.

Dr. Williams has been honored with several awards, including, the 2014 Champion of the Future Award by Tomorrow’s Future, Inc., the 2013 New Pittsburgh Courier Women of Excellence Award, the 2012 Pittsburgh Business Times’ Human Resources Leadership Award, and the 2011 Women of Integrity, awarded by the Pittsburgh Professional Women.

She and her husband Wayne reside in Plum Boro, PA.
