Jen is the President of FutureNow Partners; an Engineering & Financial recruiting and consulting firm. Her firm’s mission is to align talented minorities & women with the best Technology, Manufacturing, Energy & Financial Companies.
With a Bachelors in Civil Engineering and a Minor in Nuclear Engineering, she started her career in design engineering and has worked in project management, construction and operations. Her engineering experience has included Processing Plants, Refining, Pipeline, Facilities, Civil, Mechanical and Process Engineering.
A firm believer in paying it forward and being a mentor, Jen is very passionate about Diversity and STEM education. She has been leading organizations since her junior year in college as a President or chair for numerous diverse organizations from American Nuclear Society to Young Professionals in the workforce. She is currently the mentoring committee chair for Women in Energy, membership committee chair for Women in Manufacturing and on the advisory board for the National Diversity Council. She has also been a mentor for Expanding your Horizons and Girls in STEM organizations to promote science through hands on activity.
