Teresa Dolan, MD, FACEP is the Vice President of Clinical Operations and Medical Director for Accolade, an innovative consumer services company dedicated to helping people get the right care while improving their healthcare experience and lowering costs for large employers and payers. Teresa provides direction and oversight to the Accolade clinical team to ensure high standard and quality client and customer service.
Previously, Teresa served as Medical Director for PinnacleCare, a private health advisory firm in Baltimore, MD. She is a residency trained, board certified emergency physician who continues to work clinically at a level 2 trauma center affiliated with the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
Teresa received her undergraduate education at Penn State University where she received a B.S. in Pre-Medicine and a B.A. in Political Science. She received her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA. She completed an internship in Internal Medicine at Emory University in Atlanta and an Emergency Medicine residency at George Washington University in Washington, DC. Teresa’s passion in medicine is patient advocacy, education and engagement. She resides in Washington, DC.
