Diane Norris has been part of CA Technologies for 20+ years. In her current role as a Senior Principal Software Engineer, she leads cross-functional teams in designing market leading enterprise software solutions. She has been instrumental in driving the adoption of Agile methodologies, building collaborative relationships across global teams, and mentoring junior engineers.

Both innovation and mentoring are passions for Diane. She serves as a member of CA’s Mainframe Product Design Council where she leads and participates in work groups responsible for the research and assimilation of new technologies. Diane is lead inventor on a patent application for a ‘Method for Accessing Mainframe System Automation from Process Automation Applications’. She is also a participant in the Council for Technical Excellence Mentoring Program focused on leadership, innovation, and creativity.. Recently, Diane has become involved with the Advisory Board for the Process Technology program at the Community College of Beaver County where she is looking forward to participating on committees devoted to promoting STEM education and diversity.

Diane holds a Masters in Information Science and a Bachelors in both Biology and Philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh. She resides in the Pittsburgh area with her husband and two sons.
