Diana Lehman serves as director of Case and Condition Management at Independence Blue Cross. She is a seasoned health care insurance industry executive with expertise in utilization and case and disease management.
Ms. Lehman is responsible for the development and implementation of multiple complex case and chronic condition management programs for Independence Blue Cross members. She was instrumental in the planning and execution of in-sourcing disease management as well as a 24/7 health information line. Ms. Lehman has also been engaged in several startup initiatives including the implementation of a community health worker program.
Ms. Lehman holds a bachelor degree in nursing from Villanova University and a master degree in business administration with a concentration in health services from the Keller School of Management of DeVry University. She has successfully completed the America’s Health Insurance Plans’ Executive Leadership Program and earned the distinction of Certified Healthcare Insurance Executive.
