Lauren leads enterprise relationship management efforts for Ayco. In this role she helps corporate clients optimize financial wellness and counseling programs for their employee populations. Lauren is also a member of Ayco’s Diversity Network, and co‐chair of the LGBT Network. She began her career at Ayco in 2012 as a financial analyst in the Mideast region. Prior to joining the firm, she was a human resources representative at Emerson Process Management.
Lauren received a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Geneva College and a Master of Business Administration from Duquesne University’s Donahue Graduate School of Business.
