The College Diversity Summit is a conduit which creates connectors within the high-potential talent pipeline. This unique initiative completes the search by accomplishing three objectives; the Summit empowers college students and recent graduates with a real world knowledge transfer of tools and resources not experienced in their traditional educational curriculum.
